Game Group announced record sales and profit figures today after new products such as Nintendo's Wii Fit helped to broaden the appeal of gaming.

Many may have heard of the man beating his child for doing poorly in a video game, but GrE writer Daniel Mitchel has a special way of telling the news, through a comic that he personally drew.
GrE writes, "The named and shamed father, Terry Taulbee was said to have given the child a right spanking after he "became upset when the boy didn't play well in a video game". For those with a lack of imagination, we have created a reconstruction of how these events may have played out.."
