It's entirely possible but they must have the self control of a saint for them to not even glance at the exaggerated female figures that are prevalent in the video game world. It's a little more understandable for a man not to find anime women attractive because they often share the same art style and you either find the art style appealing or you don't. However, for admirers of both fictional embodiments of the female form, the choice between the two can make them lose hours of sleep."
