It is a very rare game that includes all the content the developers had initially intended. However, on occasion, some of that content is still present within the game, usually with no legitimate way to access it. The reasons for this are varied; sometimes the cut occurred late in the project and the developers simply ran out of time to remove the now-defunct pieces of the game.
